What does a recommendations report look like?

Each report is structured around what your members actually told us, not a generic summary. It includes an executive summary, prioritized recommended actions with evidence citations, and the member quotes that support each finding. Reports are designed to be opened, understood in under three minutes, and presented in a board meeting without further interpretation.

Who sees the pulse survey?

Your own members — not a research panel. We work with you to identify which segment is most relevant to the question, and you share the pulse link with them directly. Responses stay within your account.
